*What's New*
An interesting series of multimedia training systems have been released by Itrain Online in cooperation with the UN, covering everything from using open office software to developing content for the mass media. If your organization has always wanted to develop a radio spot to get your message out to the public, or even produce a radio show, you can learn how by downloading the content development for radio training, one of the more interesting trainings offered.

*Current Poll*
This month, we ask you if your organization has more people looking for help that used to be provided by the government. Stop by and vote in the poll, continuously displayed on the right-hand side of the site.
Here's your chance to ask a question you've wanted to ask other nonprofits, but couldn't figure out how. Send your idea for a poll to npaction@npaction.org.

*Featured Article*
Just in time for Easter comes out latest Showcase Group. The Columbus House Rabbit Society is running a holiday advocacy campaign called "Make Mine Chocolate", whose goal is to reduce the number of live rabbits that are purchased as pets for Easter and subsequently returned, released, or abandoned. This is an interesting direct advocacy campaign that directly alerts the public about the consequences of their actions.

*Featured Resource Links*
The NPAction Resource Links Directory is a human-edited compendium of tools and references, contributed by nonprofits for nonprofits.
This issue's first link involves lots of deep thinking about the social and nonprofit sectors. The Stanford Social Innovation Review is a quarterly publication that takes a hard look at trends and issues that face nonprofits. The current issue has an excellent article on the true effectiveness of funders pushing partnerships between grantees.

We have all held government documents and papers from other nonprofits in our hands and said to ourselves "these words are English, but what on earth are they talking about?" The UK's Guardian newspaper helps out with this handy glossary to the lingo brandied back and forth by nonprofits and the public sector. The glossary, which is occasionally Anglo-centric, is especially helpful to international nonprofits.
