E-mail and the Web in Voter Education and Participation

The Internet is increasingly more useful for organizing and expressing citizen opinions among the body politic and with elected officials, creating forums for accessing and sharing information to help inform civic dialogue, providing up to date information to interested citizens to help them better engage on issues that both interest and affect them stemming from low voter turnout and participation.
