Six new tip sheets from the Center for Lobbying in the Public Interest provide practical information for nonprofit and citizen lobbyists on:

• effective personal visits with legislators
• presenting testimony at public hearings
• finding and using data to make your case
• working in coalitions, and
• knowing the legislative process and players.
